My husband and I decided to celebrate 21 years together and Mother's Day at Novotel in May of 2024, for a "staycation" as we live across the bridge in Miami Beach. We were both surprised and delighted with the level of personal attention, the friendliness of the staff, the delicious food and drinks, and the entire vibe of the hotel - all 10 out of 10! We stayed two nights in a King Room, which had everything we needed- plus, the bed was so comfortable The room was equipped with my favorite espresso maker and espresso pods too! The hotel even brought us chocolate-covered strawberries and champagne for our staycation celebration. We spent a ton of time at the rooftop pool, which opens at 7 am and closes at dusk. In the mornings we would spend time reading and journaling and in the afternoons we'd soak it all in with a few drinks. They have both cocktails and mocktails too! Monday - Friday they have happy hour at the rooftop with both food and drink specials from 4 pm to 7 pm. Each day, we also walked through Brickell, because it's super walkable - no need to drive at all! We ate breakfast each day at the hotel with their delicious buffet-style breakfast that had a little bit of everything for everyone! If you have a chance to stay here, do it! You will love your stay and I am sure come back soon!

Checked into the hotel due to an unpleasant experience at a booked apt in Miami. So impressed with the hotel and excellent customer service, will keep coming back! Many thanks to Yusuf Karatas for his processionalism and excellent customer service. He made an impeccable first impression on behalf of the hotel. Extremely clean new modern rooms withna spectaculat location in Brickell.

My name is Martin Rafluss. I visited Miami last month, I stayed with my friends at the Novotel Hotel in Brickell Miami a very unique and cozy Hotel in the center of Miami, everything was excellent and the best location in town, the last day early morning g I asked the girl at front desk for a yellow cab, she get me a Black Luxury car without any sign and the driver without much discretion gave the front agent girl something that I assume was money. That guy charged me $80 to Miami Airport and only cash I felt robbed and it doesn't seem fair that so much money for such a short trip considering that the yellow taxi from the airport to the hotel only cost me $44 Very dishonest, I recommend taking a yellow cab or asking for a price before getting in. BE AWARE.

Very clean, well located and great staff. Loved it mostly and would stay there again. But there was one major blunder. The toilet didn’t flush properly and it kept filling up. We called the front desk for maintenance who took at least 2 hours before someone came to the room. And they could not fix the issue. Instead they gave us a plunger to fix it ourselves! I mean why the heck would I have to plunge the bathroom in this expensive hotel? The maintenance didn’t even attempt to fix it. They said someone else would have to come back and snack it. But no one ever came back. We were there for only one night so we just used the hotels public washroom for the rest of the stay. Very annoying. But I’m sure that’s a one off, still they should figure out with maintenance a way to help visitors rather than ask us to fix it ourselves. Or give us another room (we didn’t bother asking since it was one night).

Miami Brickell provided the 3 Cs: Comfort, Contemporary & Clean. A modern room design and layout was a welcome sight upon entry. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The room layout was clean and contemporary. Myriam was very friendly, mannerly and professional. I would recommend Miami Brickell and I would certainly stay there again. Good Job!
